Slow or intermittent connection?
If you are experiencing slow or intermittent connection, please note that you are in bandwidth resources shared by other devices. Try a simple troubleshooting by rebooting your modem of about 10seconds.
Note that the Wi-Fi signal deteriorates the farther you are from the modem. Physical obstructions may affect signal integrity, make sure you are in a clear spot with the modem. Numbers of concurrent connections may affect performance, limit your connected device.
Should you wish to have strong connection, use LAN cable for laptop and desktop or disconnect other devices.
If this does not work create a ticket or contact our technical support.
Power - No light?
- Make sure that the modem is switch ON
- Check the condition of wire of the adaptor
- Make sure that the power adaptor is inserted properly.
LAN - no light?
- Make sure that both ends of LAN cable is securely inserted into the modem LAN port and your device
- Reboot the modem or turn off and on the modem
- Try to replace LAN cable, a crossover cable is recommended
